Valentris Advisory Group (VAG) is an independent executive advisory firm helping boards, executives and leadership teams navigate transformation, growth and organisational change with greater clarity and confidence.
We work at the intersection of strategy, governance, finance, operating model, technology & data and execution, helping leaders understand whether the organisation is positioned to translate strategic intent into successful execution.
Organisations invest significantly in transformation — new systems, operating models, processes and organisational capability — yet the intended benefits are not always realised.
The underlying challenge is often broader than technology. Strategic priorities may not be sufficiently aligned, accountability may be unclear, governance may not provide the right visibility, processes may not support the future state, or organisational capability may not yet be ready for execution.
VAG helps leadership see these conditions before they become execution problems.
Through independent diagnostic, advisory and assurance, we help organisations identify risk, strengthen alignment and make more informed business and transformation decisions.
Organisations invest significantly in transformation, yet the intended benefits are not always realised. The underlying challenge is often broader than technology, involving strategic alignment, accountability, governance, processes, information and organisational readiness.
Valentris Advisory Group helps leadership identify these conditions before they become execution problems.

VAG takes an enterprise-wide view of transformation, considering the interconnected conditions that influence organisational performance and successful execution.
Technology is an enabler, not the starting point. By establishing the right foundations first, organisations can transform with greater confidence, strengthen governance and create sustainable long-term value.
Valentris Advisory Group was founded on a simple belief: transformation rarely succeeds on technology alone. Lasting results depend on the foundations beneath it; finance, operations, leadership, governance and execution.
Drawing on more than 20 years in finance and on leading enterprise transformation across Australia and internationally, VAG understands what it takes to turn strategic ambition into outcomes that hold.
The founder holds qualifications in business and accounting, an MBA in Professional Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, and is a Member of Chartered Accountants ANZ.
That mix of financial discipline and transformation experience shapes VAG’s practical, commercially grounded advice.
VAG exists to give executives and boards an independent view, constructive challenge and trusted support; bringing clarity to complexity, strengthening decisions, and helping organisations transform with more confidence.
Clarity before commitment. Governance before execution.
